I have been using headsets from this brand for over 25 years. This is the best. I used to buy it for less than $20. It was theft. The sound is perfect in both directions. The clip on the cord can be attached to a shirt or waistband so it doesn't get in the way. I use the headset when I'm on the phone (translated: all the time) so the headset drops out. The cable expires after a year or so, but if you keep the receipt it will be replaced, giving you two years of use. I paid more for it than ever before. It's still worth it. I read that the headset has been discontinued. Now I have to go to Panasonic, but I will definitely miss my Jensen. I've worked in phone support for over 25 years, 40+ hours a week, and of all the expensive headsets I've used at work, you can't beat this little Jensen headset. This is Jensen JTH940. If you find it then buy it. You will not regret it.
