I have been using headsets from this brand for over 25 years. This is the best. I used to buy it for less than $20. It was theft. The sound is perfect in both directions. The clip on the cord can be attached to a shirt or waistband so it doesn't get in the way. I use the headset when I'm on the phone (translated: all the time) so the headset drops out. The cable expires after a year or so, but if you keep the receipt it will be replaced, giving you two years of use. I paid more for it than ever
