I have found needle nose pliers very useful. I also used a piece of cotton to keep the computer chip in my key fob from rattling. Since the device was already open, I thought it would be a good idea to swap out the internal battery as well. The cost of two grenades and batteries was less than $20. I bought the batteries separately at Walmart. I saved a lot of money by doing this project myself instead of having the dealer do it for me.
