Review on 🚰 Santevia Fluoride Water Filter System by Jamal Edwards

Well I've been using the Santevia Gravity system for about 6 months now so I need to order a new filter. I ordered this one and it arrived with the original Santevia branded packaging so I'm guessing I'm getting the original. Either way, here's the bad news. The filter is definitely shorter and doesn't have as much filter media as the original filter that came with the system. I also noticed that it filters water a little faster (but still slower) than the original filter. So here's the good news (I think). After removing the packaging material and holding the filter itself, I carefully examined the outer filter housing and ran my finger up and down the housing several times. As far as I can tell the outer housing is now one unit compared to the original filter which appeared to have a two piece housing and as a result some people have had an issue with the filter breaking into two pieces. So, if I'm correct in that assumption, this new design should solve the split-in-two problem. Since the filter is smaller I will probably change it every 5 months instead of every 6 months now. I deduct a star for that. Also, I installed a new filter, put a few fills through the filter as the instructions say, and the water is delicious.
