I really wanted to love this product. The wheels are excellent, leave no marks, are quiet and turn well. The ONLY issue I had with this product was that the locking tabs are MUCH too long for the diameter of the wheels and as a result the sharp edged metal will scratch the floor if you accidentally move the device while the lock is activated. Poorly! The manufacturer has to redesign this wheel to either slightly shorten the locking lugs (not much, otherwise the human foot can't get enough ground to step on to secure the lock), or better yet, the engagement angle on the tongue like this change so that the edge does not touch the ground when fully engaged.
