Review on 📱 Protective White L7 Case for iPad Mini 4/5 with Square Credit Card Reader by Janet Edwards

I have to say I'M IMPRESSED. Not only with this product, but also with outstanding customer service. I am a small business owner (twice) in Alaska and will ALWAYS support another small business when possible. This winter I've been looking online (for months) for a case for my ipad4 mini for my coffee shop, specifically one that is compatible with Square Dip AND Swiper. I found that they are NOT EASY to find. I thought I hit the jackpot with this product. I was happy to install them on my electronics, but unfortunately they turned out to be defective (by a few millimeters and therefore unusable). I contacted L7 on the phone number provided by Revain and was glad to be contacted by Nathan the owner. Nathan apologized for the inconvenience and assured me a replacement was on the way. In less than a week I received two replacement parts and they fit PERFECTLY. L7 owner Nathan Gildersleeve has gone to great lengths to ensure his products meet and exceed expectations. I called L7 support with questions about L7 cases for my iPad4 mini and they answered them personally. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days and deserves a round of applause. I've been using my cases for over 6 months and will DEFINITELY buy my future cases for anything and everything from this store. Mistakes happen, we are all human, but finding a company that cares about their customers is GOLD to me. The shop behind their products is a rare find and will always catch my attention.
