100w Tested: not even close to 100w

This solar panel may have been defective but I am returning it based on my testing. I wasn't expecting it to put out 100 watts but definitely more than 22! See photos: Pros: Price Light weight Compact Waterproof Cons: Output power is not 100W! The ammeter showed an output of 19V and 1.6A set correctly in direct sunlight - 30W. Shown 22W output connected to Jackery Explorer 300.
