Love these t-shirts, the paint doesn't stick to the middle frame

This is the last set of car t-shirts I bought for our little man for his 5th birthday last year. I was really excited that this included a Mater t shirt and that was my main reason for choosing this one because not only is it getting harder and harder to find Cars themed clothing in his size in general, but also mater-clothing comes next. to the impossible. He wore a Ka-chow Lightning shirt and a Mater shirt once, and a striped shirt twice. Each went through a wash and dry cycle, the striped shirt went through two. So we like that these necks are cut a little looser so he can slip them over his head. In the last three weeks we've finally seen the possibility of putting on your own shirt. Our son has a developmental delay due to his health condition and also because his head is bigger due to Sotos (Sotos is cerebral gigantism and that's why these babies' heads are bigger) and he struggles with fine motor skills and moving your head on his own. Holes in his throat were an obstacle for him for some time. But we were working on arm strength and the wider neckline on this and one of the other jerseys that arrived helped him succeed. And now he has even less tight shirts that he has. Great, super excited! But back to these. My dryer was set to medium and the paint didn't stick together after washing and drying. On a ka chow shirt, the paint forms a few creases that stay in the creases, but I don't take pictures for this because 1) the paint isn't cracked and 2) it's not glued together. Well, and I think 3) he doesn't care. Other people care a lot more about how he looks in public than they care about himself. Now that he dresses himself, if he wears anything back-to-front or inside out, I just let it go because I want that this skill is nurtured for a while before I start repairing it. Sometimes with autistic kids, and our little one has it too, if you fix something right away that's been difficult for them, it might stop them from continuing that skill, so we'll leave it at that. He doesn't care, but boy do we exchange looks sometimes when we leave the house. The Mater shirt has a heaving stain along the bottom seam which I think puts it at a higher risk of tearing because they have loose threads where they missed their stitch line, but that hasn't happened yet and I can't have any other issues with it Finding Seams So for now let's say they hold up to washing as expected for a decent product and there are no other significant issues I can find.
