I have to agree with others on here and say that I usually take more ingredients, especially creatine, but the ingredients are quality and quality. They're quick release so it's good if I forget to take them fast enough and I can always take them with some creatine or if I'm on the move and need a stimulant an energy supplement if I want more. I think they're great for those who are just starting out; they would probably be perfect for you.
