I like that you can schedule sending email to your customers reminders for upcoming events. The software interface is not very user friendly. You have to spend time learning how it works before you use it effectively. We were looking for an easy way to send out emails to our clients reminding them of upcoming deadlines. This product was able to do this task quickly without any technical knowledge required from ourselves. I like that it is easy to use as well as being secure for my business needs. It's also very affordable which makes me feel good about using this product! Not much other than what was mentioned above but if you are looking for an inexpensive way to send out your documents then look no further because of how cheap it can be compared to others in its class. The price point has been perfect for our small office size so far.
