I had my doubts. I have long, very thick hair and have spent so much money on crappy hair products but this is amazing. The material is reminiscent of tights when you cut it thin and roll it up. Whatever it is, it's great. Very stretchy but not too tight, I've been wearing the same one for a few weeks now and it's a bit stretchy but still usable. Can be worn on the wrist without pain and does not cause headaches. Also, my hair doesn't seem to bend like traditional bands. There are so many of these in the pack and they are in beautiful delicate colors. Very important. victory in everything!
