I received this headset in the mail a day after purchase with Prime which was sick but when I opened the package the headset just lay with no packaging in the box and no cable. Good thing it doesn't use a proprietary charging cable so at least I was able to charge it via micro USB and I only planned to use this headset on my Bluetooth laptop so I don't need a proprietary cable. I haven't plugged it in yet, so I'm not sure how the sound is, but I've heard the sound settings need some tweaking for optimal performance. Overall I'm glad to have received a new headset that looks and feels quality,
