Excellent food processor with the ability to dice.

I have several food processors, both as accessories and individually. In my opinion, they all have their disadvantages. Aside from my large Cuisanart food processor, they all have sprouts that are too small for some uses. The feed must be cut to fit the hopper. I used to think that the best food processor is the one that puts the food in the processing bowl. I've since found that this isn't always the most convenient method. For example, my large Cuisanart food processor processes food in an attached bowl. What happens is the food usually falls to one side of the bowl. Therefore, you must open the processor to either empty or redistribute the food from the bowl. In addition, the Cuisanart processor is a large storage device. Some processors throw the food onto a disc, which must use centrifugal force to push the food through the chute and into the bowl. Depending on the food you're processing, this doesn't always work very well. Therefore, you need to periodically open the processor to remove food from the disc that is blocking the chute. The beauty of this food processor is that the food falls straight into the bowl. I also like that you can adjust the cutting thickness. Most processors require you to keep a blade for each thickness. I believe there are 6 thicknesses to choose from. The dice function is something I've never seen in any food processor other than this one. This feature is really handy. If you're short on memory, this device comes with a chassis that contains all the blades, and the device itself takes up less memory than a regular processor with all the blades. Another plus is that you have more control over the processing speed than most other food processors. If you have a KitchenAid blender, I highly recommend adding this attachment to your inventory instead of a separate stand mixer.
