Umm is this a joke? I read the reviews and they kept saying how "firm” the pillow is and that it’s the "best pillow ever.” I took it out of the packaging and was instantly disappointed. I smooshes down to a flat pancake with very little pressure of my hands. So flimsy and ridiculous for a $110 pillow. Now trying to return it, I find there is no option to conveniently return it to Kohl’s, I have to UPS it! Unbelievable. This is NOT as advertised. I wouldn’t even pay $5 on this pillow. Don’t waste your time!
