High quality and larger handlebars for a cheap scooter

The main reason I bought this scooter was the height of the handlebars. At 25 inches, they have the tallest handlebars of any relatively inexpensive scooter. I'm 5ft 5" and don't feel comfortable riding anything smaller. Every other $120 or less scooter I researched had 22-23 inch handlebars for younger kids. I've been riding this scooter at the skate park for a few weeks now and it's holding up great. The handlebar is also 25" wide so I cut 3/4" off each end. The next thing I will be replacing is the grip tape, it seems to be wearing out quickly. There are also holes on the wheels. but it hasn't affected the scooter yet. It looks like they'll fall apart as it gets worse. But I don't mind changing wheels in the future. Overall this scooter was great and I would recommend it for the price.
