Not as non-stick as other silicone products

Silicone is generally easy to clean but food/grease/sauce sticking to the pan will require a Brillo cloth to clean. half an inch or an inch higher. They're pretty strong, but still bend. Be careful with heavier foods and be sure to grip both sides of the long pans when removing them from the oven/fryer.
