The biggest advantage that I like about this software are its multiple features including but not limited too:- 1)The ability of scheduling.-2).Customization/customizing as per needs -3rd party applications integration (API's)-4.) Reporting tool integrated which helps me track my workforce very well without any problems or issues faced so far!I dislike nothing at present time!! This product has helped us manage our team quite efficiently than other products available out there! It also enables user friendly customization feature where you can customize it according what suits best into each need!! Nothing specific comes under mention here since everything works fine up till now.
