I feel worse because my cat doesn't trust the cat wall anymore because 2 of them fell while trying to use it and they fell on the floor and other furniture underneath hit. I installed the cat wall in my living room, there are already 2 broken parts and the 3rd is about to break. My cat is 12lbs so he's big but definitely under the weight he says he can handle. The nails that came preinstalled on the posts fell out entirely. It's very thin wood and cheap screws. Too bad I didn't spend extra money and got good reviews.
