I bought this for the convenience of the remote control and to avoid the hassle of installing the cabinet lights manually. A complete waste of money. I was impressed at first, but quickly showed that I couldn't stand even minor use. 100 hours of battery life is a complete lie. They'll be lucky if they can last 10% of that time. I hardly used mine, only lit it when I needed it for a few minutes here and there. I can't imagine running more than 5 hours total. Once they hit a certain battery life, they dim and render them completely unusable. Realizing how much money these things would spend on batteries, I cut my losses and stopped using them as soon as 1-2 of them went low and removed them. Now, despite not even being used, they're all dead. They should keep draining the battery even when not in use. It probably has something to do with the need to work with the remote control. Either way, don't waste your money. I wish I could get a refund but it's too late. Be smart and invest time/money in getting the lighting right.
