tight fit, too little material in the collarbone area.
I really liked the quality of the material but the fit around the neck was too tight so it was too uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Also, there wasn't enough material in the front to drape under the buttons of my work shirt, exposing my upper chest to spark burns.
