Product arrived and the outside of the tin was oily, not sure if it was a shipping or manufacturing issue. I was expecting something with a firmness similar to lip balm, instead it's closer to petroleum jelly. No problem, just a note. The product itself seems to soften my beard a bit, but it doesn't seem to help much with styling or frizzy hair (which I'll happily admit could be as much a factor with my own beard as the product itself). . However, I don't really care about the smell. I bought the unscented version because I wanted something neutral, but instead it just smells like grease, slightly metallic, and a bit musty. In fact, the product just smells bad to me. As a conditioner/emollient it works well and I may try the scented version at some point, but the unscented version doesn't work for me.
