The clock stopped working exactly one week before the end of the warranty term; however, because I was on vacation at the time it broke, there was no chance for a warranty repair and no check was available. I got back to my house and opened the cheque; the year of the guarantee had elapsed the day before. After I called Samsung, they were able to send it. About the question of who is to blame for not calling earlier. Seriously? Have a look at the steps, the pulse, and all of the programs at the point where they stopped calculating everything. The service provider gave an estimate that the repair would cost 10,500 dollars because a crucial chip had failed. In my opinion, this is an abhorrent feature, and Samsung should take care of the problem, travel to the location of the customer, and fix it at their own expense. Because the watch stopped working while the warranty was still active. But Samsung didn't do that. Because of this, I do not believe the product to be of high quality and would not recommend buying it.
