I use it with my Polycom IP 650 and it works. The call quality is satisfactory on both sides. The only thing that bothers me is the built in volume control and mute button. There are no stickers, the controls are not of the highest quality. The buttons on my phone are more convenient, so after a test call to make sure the audio wasn't muted and the volume was set to maximum, I wrapped a piece of electrical tape around the built-in dial. The headset is comfortable, even for my rather large head. I wish the boom was longer so it's less visible, but a short boom isn't a deal breaker at this price point. Overall I would recommend this headset for casual use. If I spent all day on my phone, I might look at a better device.
