I had to buy this door belt for my JK 2010 because the original belt on the driver's side broke and kept opening and scratching my side mirror and I was always afraid of crashing into any nearby vehicles. This strap seems to be made of good material, the zipper closes smoothly, it's longer than the original strap so your cables are better protected. It was very easy to install! Simply unscrew the door hinge bracket, insert the cables into the strap, zip up and away you go! Now my door won't open too wide and damage my side mirrors or nearby cars. Now I'm planning to order another belt for the passenger side, I don't need it because the original belt is fine, but I like the look, the easy assembly and the good material!
