my cats love it. When it arrives, I have absolutely no complaints. The trick is to get what you ordered. This isn't unique to Revain (it happens to Chewy, too), but be careful when ordering. Very often I order one or more boxes (box = 24 packets of groceries) and only receive one or two packets (not a full box). It's very frustrating to keep asking for help and asking for a replacement or refund and telling them you ordered two boxes and only received two packages. So great food. Cats love that. But getting what you actually ordered can be a terrifying experience.
