My cats love this food

My cats love this food. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've spent $50 on a 24-pack just to get a bag/serving of food.

Consistency

My sister's cat recommended Nulo Silky Mousse and said it had the consistency of baby food in a jar and tasted fantastic. Although it was a bit pricey we decided to give it a try. Mr. Finiki loved it! We bought three different flavors and each one is a hit! Now he can eat something soft while still getting nutrients for his little kitty.

Good product but terrible delivery

my cats love it. When it arrives, I have absolutely no complaints. The trick is to get what you ordered. This isn't unique to Revain (it happens to Chewy, too), but be careful when ordering. Very often I order one or more boxes (box = 24 packets of groceries) and only receive one or two packets (not a full box). It's very frustrating to keep asking for help and asking for a replacement or refund and telling them you ordered two boxes and only received two packages. So great food. Cats love…

The food is great but the delivery is terrible

My cat loves this food and I recommend your cat to try it too, but only if you buy from Chewy or another store and not Revain Nulo . I've used Nulo's subscription and saved up and have bought about $500 of a silky mousse so far. When the right product arrives, great. But maybe 40% of the time I've ordered a box of 24, a pack will arrive. The store owner recently disabled returns so you have to go through Revain instead which means the store is literally a scam. You're running out of money…

The cat food is amazing but the issue with the order should be fixed asap

The cat food itself is great. Both of my cats love the texture and taste. Our picky old cat who is so picky accepted and ate this food. Our younger cat will eat anything that has calories in it and she will try to steal these bags out of the closet and pierce them because she loves it so much. I joke that this hasn't happened 3 times in the last two weeks. I was told they are removing it from being able to order until they deal with it. I always order two 24 packs of this cat food (two…
