Review on Jetlink Conversational AI Platform by Jhonathan Bagwell

The ability for customers who are not tech savvy can interact with an agent in real time without having any knowledge about how it works or what they should say depending upon their question would be great! I think that when you first use this type system there will always need some training as well so its best if someone already has experience using bots but i do recommend trying out jetlinks bot because many people love them (and hate other ones). We solve problems by asking questions via text message which we then send back through our own texting app so all communication happens within 2 apps instead of just one messaging client like whatsapp etc..
