WELL worth the money. You can screw them on or just weld them where you want. They have an open hold feature which I don't see in the ads. The stem is 3/4" and the plate 7/32" which is almost 1/4" thick. MUCH BETTER THAN THE RUBBISH YOU GET AT THE STORE.
