Screen ALWAYS FLASHES - not great value for money

I thought this would be a great way for me to take a break from work and not get lost on the break! I saw it but discussed buying it as it's quite expensive for prime time. But finally after two weeks decided to start it. I just received it today. Failed to charge properly the first time (the charge indicator went off, but the battery was only partially charged). It's a bit awkward to use if you don't want to use the preset times of 3, 5, 10, 15, or 25 minutes. (This is not a big problem for me since I bought it for 5 minutes). When it's on, the display flashes annoyingly all the time. The number of "minutes" also always flashes. It's kind of crazy how annoying the blinking is (for some people it might not be a problem at all). Time. The display does not rotate (so the display is at an angle with the default 5 minutes - still flashing - and not horizontal). It would be great if the timer could just turn on when rotated by a preset number and turn it off, stand upright or something similar (e.g. turning it upside down would even be a quick way to set it turn off). No film was running on my screens. I would return it but I can't try to get all my fingerprints off it. The case is a fingerprint magnet. I don't mind lightweight - I think lightweight things are more portable. Not sure, I think for a countdown timer it does the job but for 30-40kr I don't recommend it. I'm not sure how he had so many supporters. I'm a bit embarrassed to deal with this product but I think I feel cheated because it's a basic timer that can cost a maximum of $15 for a new one. If you have a cell phone, just use it!
