Despite the fact that KINSWOOD asserts to be a market leader in offering high-quality tools and products for house remodeling, my interactions with their online store were less than positive. First off, there was no obvious explanation for why their prices were significantly greater than those of their rivals. Additionally, their service was subpar, with protracted wait times for support and unhelpful answers to my questions. They had a meager and unimpressive assortment of tools, and many of them were out of stock or had been on backorder for days. Overall, KINSWOOD let me down, so if you need anything for house renovations, I would suggest looking somewhere else.
