Review on ๐Ÿชก Breezelike Wooden Hair Comb - Women's Fine Tooth Wood Comb for No Static, Natural Detangling - Authentic Sandalwood Comb by Kim Mills

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice well made comb.

I really like this comb. It smells divine and feels great. It is well made and feels good in the hand. I expect this comb to last a very long time. I bought this comb after learning that medieval women didn't wash their hair often, instead combing it twice a day to keep it clean. Fine teeth should stretch the natural oils of the hair to the tips and care for it at the same time. I did a little research on combs of wood and horn, materials available to women in medieval times, and decided to use wood to avoid static electricity. I have found a very relaxing ritual of brushing my hair day and night. The oil seems to work its way from the roots to the (almost) ends of my shoulder length hair, but my hair must have gotten pretty oily before I applied these oils to the ends. I brush my scalp gently in hopes of improving circulation and when I skip a treatment I feel the need to brush my teeth - does that mean my scalp is actually cleaner? It doesn't matter at this point because I'm going to be combing my hair anyway. I have no idea what they mean by transparent, I mean it's wood and wood isn't usually transparent.

Pros
  • Natural sandalwood fragrance and fine clove wood help relieve tension, massage the scalp and diffuse oils, ideal for use with conditioners, oils and detangling products.
Cons
  • Minor issues
