Not ideal for headlight mounting
Aftermarket headlight ballast works and fits my 2000 Lexus ES300. There are two connectors: (1) for the headlight bulb and (2) for the module that connects to the plastic cover. Unfortunately, connector #2 is different from the original, so the new cable cannot be used. So I had to replace the original wire with a new ballast, which is why I'm only giving it three stars. I can't say anything about durability because I installed a new ballast today, December 3rd, 2020.
