Review on 🎒 Lightweight and Durable Victorinox Touring Laptop Backpack in Anthracite – Ideal for Travel and Work by James Gibson

I bought this bag for my wife for her birthday. She loves the size, the design and the functionality. She uses it everyday to carry her umbrella, lunch and a few other essentials for her daily commute. She rents out a 15-inch laptop every two weeks. After two months of use, the top handle broke along the seam line. Knowing that a 10 year warranty applies we went to the Victorinox website which, after referencing the warranty and instructions on the website, directed us to a local service center to have the bag repaired or replaced , we were told we could take the bag to our mechanic but they gave no guarantee that it could be repaired or that we would not be charged for the labor or that his work would be guaranteed. Possibility. We will continue to work with Victorinox customer service, but now we have serious doubts about the durability of this bag.
