One of my lights is broken

I installed eight of these lights in my van. Seven months after installation, one of the lamps broke. It only burns in very dim light. I hope the other pears last longer. I really want them to last a long time because they look very pretty. The support window is six months, so I'm already out of warranty. I can only buy a new lamp.
