Review on 🐻 Bear KompleX Carbon Hand Grips: Top-Notch Comfort, Support, and Protection for At-Home Workouts like Pull-ups, Weightlifting, and WODs - Ideal for Men and Women! by James Small

The best holds far and wide!

I'll start by trying out a few moves on Revain. These are by far the best pens I've tried! They offer great protection, but you may feel a little uncomfortable doing parallel bars at first if your arms aren't already trained. Otherwise your hands will eventually get used to it. These grips (3 hole version) provide adequate coverage of all areas of your calluses and are cut to cover almost the entire palm of your hand when fitted with the correct one on each hand. I don't think they are marked left and right as I can't find any markings, but the slightly angled cut should go to the side of your thumb. It will make more sense when you put them on and see how they cover your arms. The carbon/leather material offers excellent grip and also allows the hands to rotate around the handlebars without getting caught. So they're really good for exercises like power-ups and any other movement that requires rotation around the bar. You don't need to use chalk with these grips as both the grip and the protection are the best I've come across (I've tried 5 different types of grips). I've done about 6 bar or calisthenics workouts with these grips and they seem to hold up very well, even on moves that require bar release and re-gripping. The fit is great, but go up a size if you like the dowel effect that creates even less friction in your hands. Otherwise your normal size works just fine and I don't think you will be disappointed in any way! I definitely plan to stay with them in the future. Fantastic product!

Pros
  • β›“ DURABLE FOUR-LINE BROADCASTING provides full support and stability when using Bear KompleX gymnastic holds. Enjoy a stronger and longer barbell grip! These gloves will NOT dig into your wrist or come off during use. No need to worry about your hands when dominating WOD!
