My original Oakley sunglasses were purchased from Black Flag Outfitters and they have great customer service. CAUTION: Oakley Chrome Iridium Polarized Lenses must be stored in a padded hard case. Oakley recommends storing them in the soft case that comes with your glasses. That is not enough. These lenses are fragile and scratch very easily even when kept in a case. On a recent long drive, I took off my glasses, put them in my pocket, and placed them in the cup holder in my car. When I put them back on a few hours later, there was a scratch on the lens above my left pupil. I contacted Black Flag Outfitters and they refunded 50% of the purchase price because the commitment to satisfy their customers for OEM replacement lenses is $75-$100 and there is no Oakley customer service.
