The collar looks like the picture. It's very cute, I got it for my rescue kitten I would say about 12 weeks old. She's still small, especially her neck, but I needed a call because she's all over the house. This collar was too big for her, I had to tie it to make it small enough that she couldn't put it in her mouth when it was dangling. The only problem is when I got it it was stiff, I had to move it a lot to loosen it up so it wasn't so stiff on her neck. The bow is too big for her to tie around her neck (like a bow tie) but she doesn't seem to mind. She will soon grow into him.
