I was very pleased when I received the bluetooth headset, it sat comfortably on my head and ears and the sound was perfect. I've had bad experiences with headsets in the past where I couldn't hear my own voice which made speaking very uncomfortable. The sound quality in this headset was spot on: my own voice gave me enough feedback that it sounded like I was making a direct call. Unfortunately, the device I received had a defect that caused the headset to constantly beep on incoming calls. I wrote to the seller and explained my problem. They called me back within 24 hours and said they would send me a new item and not return the old one. In less than two days I had a new headset that works great. Amazing customer service! I will review other Unifive products.
