Received quickly, nicely packaged, no damage. It does a very good job of making espresso, just like everything else. Read your instructions for proper use of this machine. I always recommend doing 3 full water filtration cycles to get it clean before using it. This goes for any machine you buy for the first time so it can lift/remove everything by itself. It heats up very well, and that's important. and care should be taken to take it gently lest the piece break. It's still one thing I don't like about the car because you have to turn it so hard, but it comes loose after a while, but you still have to be careful not to break it. Conclusion: I can recommend them and I am not disappointed. Like everything, he does his job.
