Review on Samsung T5 Portable SSD MU PA500B by Chris Horton

I bought this drive as a backup for my Samsung phone and tablet and as a data hub that I can easily take to work. Neither cell phone nor tablet is recognized. This was detected by my Windows 10 PC. Contacted Samsung support twice. The first time they made it worse and stopped my computer from working. It had no impact on Samsung Galaxy devices. They also kept sending me emails with links to help, most of which were broken. I told them about it and they seemed surprised. They tried to force me to use their automated assistant but after a few minutes I realized it was a waste of time. I sent the device back. Thank you Revain for your amazing return policy.
