Revain Basics products always come with low expectations. The chair is generally normal, I had a standalone and the quality is the same or better for half the price. Seat with cushion is ok. I wish the headrest could be adjusted forward/back instead of just up/down. It's a good height that adjusts to my standing desk. CONS: And that's a big minus. The lumbar support is terrible. This is a piece of plastic that, instead of supporting your lower back, makes it look like you've been stabbed in the back. It's like a thorn in the boot. Had my back pain as soon as I started using it. If you are considering purchasing this chair, you will need additional lumbar support. I have SAMSONITE, an ergonomic chair lumbar support cushion, and have been using it for a few days and my back pain is gone. So if you throw in an extra pillow for the money, you can get a good deal.
