Works very well. The lock is also of good quality. Take your time and FOLLOW THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. I mentioned that I can only refuse the lock because once installed it doesn't seem to be that difficult to install incorrectly so the lock doesn't fit and you have to buy another one. I installed it correctly, everything worked, the lock itself was good quality but we found using a different lock, a small TSA luggage cable lock, worked much better for us. We were able to open and close the fridge much faster.
