Edit: I've bought a total of 4 more of these remotes in the past 3 years since my original review - for several other boxes including the Nvidia Shield TV and it always is still my favorite, the remote control I used! Original Review: This remote works better than the standard remote that came with my digixstream dx4. Some buttons don't work properly (fast forward and rewind), but that's to be expected. It has a long range, feels solid in hand and the keyboard is really comfortable. The power button does not turn my box on and off which I knew when I bought it as I had read several times when looking for which remote to use which is a lot of information to know when considering the purchase of this one product into consideration. If you don't have a Minix Android TV you might need a different remote but I just use my original remote to turn the box on and off and then use my MINIX NEO A2 lite for everything else as it works better and in every way simple is easier to use. To recap, if you need a new remote because something happened to your old one and it stopped working, I would choose a different one. But as an additional remote for everything except turning your device on and off, it's amazing!
