Excellent quality. You should know, when it says Ultra Noise Cancellation, that's what it is. At first I thought it wouldn't work. The people on the phone said they couldn't hear me and I was so upset. After troubleshooting, we found that my mic was lowered (pushed to the side) behind the jaw. As soon as I brought the microphone to my mouth, they heard me perfectly. It took me a while to get used to the memory of it. But it's worth learning the behavior to really cancel out ambient noise for listeners.
