Even though I respect their dedication to fashion that is accessible, there were a few things that didn't sit well with me. First of all, it was challenging to navigate the website. Even though certain things were promoted on the homepage, it took me a while to find what I was looking for and some of them were out of stock. Second, I had problems adding discount codes during the perplexing checkout procedure. In addition, some of the products I received were of poor quality. Although the prices are reasonable, some of the products didn't live up to my standards of quality. Last but not least, I was dissatisfied with the poor customer service. It took a while for UGHOLIN to respond when I tried to contact them for assistance with my order, and the agent I spoke with wasn't very helpful. In conclusion, even while I respect UGHOLIN's dedication to equality and accessibility in fashion, I had a negative experience with their online store. To give their clients a better experience, I think they can enhance the website's navigation, checkout procedure, and customer support.
