Great little pack for long runs. I've used it during training and plan to use it during races. It holds up to 2 liters of water (you need your own hydration bladder) and has so many little pockets and other features. I've also added extra small water bottles in one of the front pockets, or you can use one of the front cell phone pockets. Outdoor phone cases are great because if you're trying to get stats, your bluetooth will sync just fine. I also love that there are multiple zippered pockets for my keys, ID and lip balm, and there's even a handy open pocket for your energy gel. Many backpacks are bulky or too heavy to walk, but this one is great. I've done some long runs and have been very comfortable and able to stay hydrated with this pack. It's small enough to be compact but big enough that you can even throw on a small cardigan or long sleeve shirt etc if needed.
