Well, I had deep cracks in my heels which caused me severe pain when walking, to the point that I started limping! I've used other stick balms (hard oils in a stick) advertised for cracked heels and they haven't healed my cracks. So I decided to try this option along with gel socks and oh my god! I showered, applied this cream, put on gel socks and went to bed. In the morning I saw a visible result, not significant, but the difference was visible! After another 3 days I could walk without pain and after 2 weeks my cracks were healed! It's also helpful to soak your feet and file them while they heal to remove dead skin and make them smoother.
