I wanted to exchange my cat's carrier for something bigger as she has two sore paws (one with a benign tumor). At the tornado warning she struggled to get into her stretcher but then I realized it was too small and would hurt her! I'm so excited I bought it! It took me a few minutes to build and BOOM the perfect carrier (even a house) for my 16 lb, 21 inch cat. She's a very big cat, so that was a given for her. She entered immediately! No smell, plenty of room for her to stand up or stretch out, not too much mesh to make her feel protected, and the black color makes her darker and more protected I'm sure. Durable and foldable! What a great purchase! She is very wary of anything new - but not this one! This morning I found her sleeping in it for 4.5 hours so I knew I had to write this review. There are pockets for food, water and napkins or favorite toys. The front flap rolls up neatly and can be attached with Velcro to stay open. The top zipper is large enough to pull out when needed at the vet clinic. I stuffed her with her favorite self-warming blanket - it's smaller than the carrier (hence the second full-size photo with the mat inside). The mat that comes with it isn't enough - it's too thin, but will suffice in a pinch. folds it up so that it enters his plane. Helps with injuries. It also looks like an easy cleanup. Buy with confidence - excellent value for money! Extremely excited 😁 I bought a size 26 for her! So spacious!
