This works fairly well (although not perfectly) to fill small gaps in my hands and fingers. This will prevent dirt, grease, etc. from entering these areas. Since the dirt is not in cracks, fingerprints, etc. when washing hands, it can be easily removed. This product rinses off easily, leaving your hands clean when you're done. It's not perfect and if you get your hands wet it will wash off along with the protection it offers. Be sure to dry and reapply the product if your hands get wet before you are finished. Don't forget your nails! Apply a little to your palm and rub into your nails to prevent dirt from getting under your nails. It washes out easily under the nails. I use a nail brush, but you may not need it. A quick jet of warm water should remove the product from under the nails.
