The PSU itself is superb. Quiet, cool, and intelligent fan technology that only turns on the fan when it's hot does a great job of reducing noise. I immediately noticed a huge difference in sound. The reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is the included cables. They are cheap, have no sleeves, the plugs tear easily and they are VERY SHORT. Each cord is less than a foot long. Absolutely useless for anything but the smallest mini-ITX cases. Even my mini-ITX case, the Fractal Nano S, is too big for cables to reach the motherboard. I had to reuse cables from my old EVGA PSU. If I were to build a new PC with it, I'd probably have to send it back and buy a different brand. Thermaltake should include some decent cables. The ones that come with it are almost useless.
